The room was decently sized and I appreciated having a clean bathroom with fresh towels. The location was quite convenient, with important attractions within easy reach. I also enjoyed the cozy corner in the room with a table and chairs, perfect for getting some work done.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle and there was no one to greet us upon arrival. the building was a bit tricky to find and it took us a while to navigate the dark and narrow alleys to get there.

We loved this hotel! Cleanliness was impressive: towels regularly changed and room/bathroom cleaned. Hotel facilities included air conditioning, fridge, TV, a washing machine, and dryer. Parking was easy with an inside space for motorcycles. The location was perfect: close to everything, easy transportation. Staff was highly professional, attentive, and helpful.
Cannot find any fault.

Lily's place was spacious and beautiful, with amazing views of Westlake at night. The staff at Lilyhometel were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, away from the busy city but still close to restaurants and shops. Lily was a fantastic host, providing quick and helpful communication.

Staying at this wonderful hotel, you will experience the true essence of living in Vietnam. the location is fantastic, with nearby cafes and shops that add to the authentic living experience. the room is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is impressive - everything you need for a perfect stay. the staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. the view of the surrounding neighborhood from the hotel is breathtaking.
Although everything is fantastic, bear in mind that the check-in process might be a bit complicated.

Liked the view from the room with a lovely panorama window, perfect to watch the West Lake. Great location, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was very helpful and gave us tips to discover the city. We enjoyed having our own place, complete with cooking and laundry facilities.
Disliked the poor wifi connection. the elevator was quite small and not very comfortable.
